Shipping & Order Tracking
Q: How long does it take to dispatch my order?
- Embroidered Sweatshirts: Dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Bomber Jackets: Dispatched within 7-8 business days.
- Other products: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. However, we anticipate that your order will reach you within 3-5 days from the date of dispatch.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation / Making Changes
Q: Can I change or edit my order after it's placed?
A: Yes, you can make changes or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@girlgalore.com with your requested changes, and we'll assist you promptly.
Q: How do I request an order cancellation?
A: To request an order cancellation, please get in touch with our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, orders placed using EMI/Paylater options cannot be canceled or returned.
Q: What happens if I try to cancel my order after 24 hours?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations for orders made after the initial 24-hour window. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds.
Return & Exchange
Q: I received incorrect size/damaged item. What do I do?
A: If your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the item's arrival for a resolution. We provide a replacement if the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item. We do not offer refund.
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A: We accept exchanges up to 3 days after you receive your order. Exchanges are provided if the customer receives a wrong or defective item. We do not accept returns.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't fit or I'm not satisfied?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but we do provide exchanges if the customer receives a wrong size or a damaged product. We strongly recommend checking our size chart before placing your order to ensure the right fit.
